Brandon Duran was murdered on August 12, 2012 by Justin Hammer. His mother Cyndi has been fighting for justice and for custody of his young son (who he had custody of). Meanwhile, OK DHS wants to reunite the child with his mother, who has been named as a suspect in Brandon's murder. This family has been victimized once with the murder of their beloved son/brother and now they are being victimized again by the state of Oklahoma
